Refund Policy:

If you are not completely satisfied with our product, we will issue a refund up to 30 days after the charge has taken place.  We always prefer to work out or address any concerns you have before issuing a refund, but we understand that sometimes your needs are different from what our service provides.  In any case, please submit a ticket with your request and try to be as specific as possible.

Cancellation Policy:

If you would like to cancel your account, you can do so at any time.  Simply login to your account and click My Account > Billing Info.  At the bottom you will see a link to cancel your account.
